Klingenthal ski jump, Syrau dragon cave, musical instrument museum in Markneukirchen, the Pöhler dam with steamer operation and climbing forest, the miniature golf course in Plauen with children's railway, falconry performances and brine thermal baths in Bad Elster are all nearby.
