Inside, you will find a spacious, light-flooded living-dining room with an open-plan kitchen and a cosy Swedish stove for cosy evenings. The flat is spread over two floors in the attic of a two-family house and is equipped with two bathrooms (one with bath/WC/sink, the other with shower/WC/sink). For your comfort, there are two double rooms (one with a double bed, one with bunk beds) and two further beds, one of which is 160 cm wide, in an upper attic.
Outside, a south-facing terrace invites you to enjoy a marvellous view of the mountain panorama and the ski area. The holiday flat is in a quiet and sunny location, surrounded by an idyllic forest landscape - ideal for unwinding. A garage, washing machine and tumble dryer are also available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Whether mountaineering, golfing, cycling, horse riding, tobogganing, alpine skiing, cross-country skiing or tennis - there is something for everyone. The nearest chairlift Platz is just a 3-minute walk away, and the centre with post office and supermarket can be reached on foot in 10 minutes. In winter, the free sports bus connects all the valley stations and the centre of Sörenberg, making all routes easy and convenient.
