If you want to enjoy the beauty of the interior of Istria, away from everyday noise, and yet so close to the beautiful sea coast, then we recommend this beautiful Villa My Koltrina with a swimming pool surrounded by beautiful nature. Special attention is focused on interior and exterior decoration, where you can feel the combination of elegance and luxury inside the house, and outside there is a large garden with a swimming pool and a covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace. The outdoor area is also equipped with a hot tub and free stereo area, and an outdoor ice machine. A fully equipped kitchen with a dining room and a beautifully decorated living room is located on the ground floor, as well as one bedroom and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to the upper floor of the house, where three bedrooms with beautifully decorated bathrooms and televisions are discreetly separated. For those keen on sports, there are two bicycles and a basement where there is a room with exercise equipment, darts, table tennis and table football, after which it is advisable to relax in the spa area in the hot tub. The villa is fully equipped with air conditioning and underfloor heating, which makes it suitable for renting all year round.
