The location of the flat is also unique: it is located in the immediate vicinity of the promenade (approx. 500 m) and next to a park with a well-equipped playground for children. Thanks to the surrounding greenery, it offers tranquillity and proximity to soothing nature, providing respite from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby there are also famous shops, bars, cafes and restaurants where you can drink aromatic coffee or taste local specialities as well as buy beautiful amber souvenirs.
