Pros: We were 6 adults and 2 infants and this property was ideal. Extremely large and spacious house with great garden/Pool area. The bedrooms are extremely comfortable and the property had everything we needed. The location is about a 10 minute walk from the centre of Almoradi which has some nice restaurants and cafe's. Ideally you need a car if you wish to visit beaches and local attractions. This is a really ideal rental for families.

Pros: Hi, we just got back from a fantastic break in Almoradi!The accomadation was superb,perfect in every way.We have stayed in and around Guardamar and Quesada and love the area this property will take some beating!!an oasis in a quiet part of the town.The children just loved the pool and it was hard to get them to the beach.!Lovely shaded area's can be found around the property to relax with a good book or a glass of wine.The owner Moises and his parents were just great in dealing with our flight delay[many thanks]...love to return...Alun and family Llanbradach,Wales,U.K.

Pros: Stayed at this villa for fourteen days with my family, including two small children, an additional bed and cot was provided prior to our arrival to accommodate this. We were greeted in a timely manor and shown around the spotlessly clean property, there was a welcome basket on arrival which was a pleasant extra. The property had great facilities, including a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms, living areas and pool were faultless - I cannot find any negatives to write about this property. I would strongly recommend booking this villa, and hope to stay again.

Pros: The Villa was spotless and way very spacious. It's well maintained and is finished to a very high standard. Heating worked perfectly which is something you don't usually see in a lot of other Villas. Great for the winter nights. Great location with Guardamar beach only 10 minutes drive away. Good central location with Torrevieja 20 Minutes away and Alicante 20 Minutes in the other direction. Almoradi is a bit quiet but has both Aldi and Lidl Supermarkets 3 minutes from the Villa. Nice Town Square with Cafes and Local restaurants. Can easily walk there from the Villa in 10 or 15 minutes.

Pros: I spent a week In this villa and I must say it was fantastic the owners even though they did not speak English they were wonderful luckily my sister was on hand as she speaks Spanish everything was first class the Villa is furnished to a very high standard and looks fantastic the outside space with the garden and pool was beautiful the villa was fully equipped with everything you need for a wonderful stay we had a fab time and would certainly go back again and recommend this villa to friends and family the owners were wonderful and very accomadating Thank you Moses and family for a fabiulas stay at your beautiful villa Jane Pursey.

All Round Beautiful Experience

Our time at this stunning Villa couldn’t have been any better. The house it’s self it absolutely gorgeous. Our host were warm and friendly, despite only speaking Spanish we managed to communicate and they made us feel nothing but welcome. The rooms are spacious and comfortable to sleep, the kitchen had everything you could need. Plenty of lovely seating areas and it was safe and perfect for our three children to run around unsupervised as it is a gated property. It’s based in a beautiful little town, two minutes walk from a park and family friendly restaurant. The waitress was so accommodating and taught the children Spanish. Honestly couldn’t recommend this villa enough if you want a safe, relaxing, lavish family trip. Thank you so much, we shall certainly be returning! X

We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks with our two teenage children and my parents and it is an absolu

Pros: We stayed in this villa for 2 weeks with our two teenage children and my parents and it is an absolutely amazing place! It’s huge and so well equipped, it had everything you could possibly need and more. The outside space is fantastic and we spent our days relaxing in the gorgeous pool and there was plenty of shade too for meals outside. Almoradi is a small typically Spanish town and we were lucky enough to be there when the fiesta was on for a week which meant there was lots going on every night. There are some lovely restaurants and our favourite was Giovanni Italian restaurant. The owner was extremely friendly and the food was amazing. You definitely need a car to stay here as the closest beach is 20 minutes drive but we don’t go to the beach daily and spent lots of happy days at the villa. It is surrounded by high fences and trees with a secure locked gate so you feel completely cut off from the world once you are inside the villa gardens. We would definitely recommend this villa and we hope to go back!

Pros: We stayed at the villa from 20th - 27th august and we had an amazing time. The Villa was absolutely gorgeous, very clean and very spacious. Beautiful decor, fabulous outside area. The pool did need cleaning after a couple of days but that was due to our children wearing suncream so that is to be expected. The audio and tv systems were good for the teenagers. We were provided with fans, but the property would benefit from air conditioning. Our group consisted of 4 adults and 4 children (2 young) and we had everything we needed. It is only a short ten minute walk from supermarkets and shops and a further 5 minutes to bars and restaurant. Easy walking distance, we managed fine with young children. We caught a taxi to Guardamar beach which wasnt expensive and also to Quesada Aqua Park, so we disagree with the previous review about transport. We would definately book again :)

Villa magnifique et atypique

Le logement est somptueux et cossu. La villa est propre et très bien agencée. Vous vous retrouvez projeté au siècle d'antan tout en ayant à votre disposition la modernité d'aujourd'hui. Parfait pour des vacances atypiques et dépaysante. Et à ne pas négliger, nous et notre chien avons été accueilli très agréablement.

Pros: Wat hebben wij genoten van deze prachtige villa met een geweldig groot tuin/terras. Ruime kamers met overal airco, en ruime luxe badkamers. Zwembad was heerlijk groot en veel privacy. Onze kinderen hebben het heerlijk gehad tuin is groot genoeg om verstoppertje te spelen en om te hockeyen en voetballen. Veilige en rustige omgeving. Meerdere winkels en supermarkten in omgeving. Torrevieja ben je al in 16min. Kortom prachtige locatie, huis waar je zeker tot je rust komt. Contact met de eigenaar ging heel soepel en reageerde altijd binnen een aantal uur.
