The flat is on the raised ground floor of a four-family house located in a quiet residential area of Castiglioncello, a maritime hamlet of Rosignano Marittimo. The flat has an independent entrance and consists of a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for two persons (160x190 cm), a dining table and a kitchenette separated from the living room by a low wall and equipped with an oven, a gas cooker, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. There are two double bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190 cm) and one with two single beds (80x190 cm each). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. The flat is equipped with a TV, washing machine, heating and a fan. For a child, there is either a cot or a folding cot available. There is a wifi connection.
The owners live in the vicinity of the holiday flat.
The flat has two private gardens, one of which is located at the entrance to the apartment and the other at the back, equipped with a table, chairs and a barbecue. In addition, the flat has two balconies. Outside the property there is a large free public car park.
The holiday home is about 300 metres from the sandy beach, which is partly free and partly equipped also for children. Within a radius of 500 metres you will find supermarkets, shops, services, pubs and others.
