A few minutes walk from the Aragonese Castle and the historic center of Otranto, Casa Wanda is the ideal housing solution for those who want to spend their vacations in the heart of the city, moving quietly on foot among the various restaurants, bars and stores of the center.
Casa Wanda is located on the second floor of a building in Via Antonio Primaldo 120 and since the entrance to the house you can see the functional furniture that gives a pleasant feeling of comfort to guests.
In the large openspace that overlooks the Otrantine countryside, we find the living area with table and six chairs and the sitting area with 32 inch TV and double sofa bed. From this area is accessed via internal staircase to the large terrace, the strong point of this housing solution, which allows you to spend outdoor moments of relaxation by consuming a breakfast with coffee and Salento pasticciotti or sipping a glass of good wine Negroamaro.
To access the sleeping area you pass through the hallway that opens onto the two bedrooms, both doubles and overlooking the large balconies that run around the house. The house can accommodate 6/7 people. The main bathroom is located on the floor of the house and is equipped with washing machine and bathtub while the second bathroom, on the terrace level, is equipped with shower.
The environment is made cool and pleasant by the air conditioner in the house and the optimal arrangement of windows allows excellent ventilation in the rooms.
