A beautiful stone villa with an infinity pool (fenced, 10 x 5 m, up to 150 cm deep, heated on request, open from May to September) and a large garden equipped with a gazebo, barbecue and pizza oven, ideal for outdoor dining, as well as a table tennis table.
The villa, measuring approximately 500 square metres, is located in a very quiet area, spread over two floors and can accommodate up to 20 people in 9 air-conditioned bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. The interiors of the villa preserve the original architecture of Tuscan farmhouses, with vaulted ceilings and warm, cosy colours.
Ground floor: 2 large living rooms, 2 lounges/dining areas with fireplace, 2 large fully equipped kitchens (gas cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, American coffee machine, moka, toaster, blender, fruit squeezer, kettle, dishwasher), a WC, 2 double bedrooms with private bathroom with shower.
First floor: 7 double rooms with private bathroom with shower. Four of these double rooms can be converted into twin rooms with single beds. One of the double rooms has a private lounge with the possibility of adding 2 single beds.
Facilities: Wi-Fi, satellite TV, washing machine, hairdryer, mosquito nets, heating, air conditioning in all rooms, safe, 1 cot and 1 high chair, courtesy set in each bathroom, fire extinguisher, first aid kit for emergencies, large private car park, pets allowed.
It is located in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, between Volterra (30 km) and beautiful beaches (Marina di Bibbona), 20 km away. At the same distance you can also reach Bolgheri, famous for its prestigious wines such as Sassicaia, Ornellaia, Masseto, etc.
