Located in Campofelice di Roccella on Italy's island of Sicily, the holiday home "Open house" offers guests a fantastic view of the sea. The 80 mÂČ property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. The home also features air conditioning, a washing machine as well as cable and satellite TV. Children are allowed.

The beach (both free and paid equipped) is 1.4 km from the property and there are underpasses that facilitate access to the beach area, thus reducing the walking distance from the property to the sea.
