This fully equipped stylish apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. The room layout consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, a separate bedroom with a double bed, and a bathroom with a shower. The living room has access to a balcony facing the neighboring street. The interior is finished with style and charm, and the stylish color scheme and interesting floral wallpaper give it individuality. In addition, the modernity of the finish is complemented by useful amenities, such as a microwave, an oven or a dishwasher in the kitchenette. This new one-bedroom apartment is situated on Kotsisa Street in a great location in the Praga-North district. The apartment is part of a new residential estate “Home Factory”. The location in the immediate vicinity of Jagiellońska Street, between two crossings - Gdańsk Bridge and Grota-Roweckiego Bridge, ensures excellent mobility. A great advantage of the estate is the fast connection with the city center thanks to the streetcar line, whose stop is located 5 minutes on foot. The nearest metro station can be reached by streetcar in just 12 minutes. The estate is not only perfectly communicated with the city center, but also provides a maximum level of comfort in the immediate area. A grocery store on the ground level of the apartment building allows guests to do daily shopping right at the doorstep. The surrounding recreational areas perfect for walking the dog or jogging - green areas along the Vistula River included in the "Natura 2000" program - provide respite from the urban atmosphere.
