The flat is within walking distance of the beach (25 min), the local shopping centre and pharmacy (20 min), the bus stop (22 min), a golf course (12 min) and a tennis club (5 min). There are other golf courses in the neighbourhood. The flat on the first floor is part of a delimited ensemble of two-storey terraced houses with a beautiful communal garden and a small communal pool in a quiet urbanisation. You can enjoy the sunrise over the Mediterranean from the large east-facing terrace. The large pool of the four-star Oh Nice Caledonia hotel, just a minute away, can also be used when you have a coffee there.
Air conditioning in the living room and in the larger of the two bedrooms provides cooling and heating. Satellite TV provides you with almost all German channels as well as a range of European and North African channels and CNN. Fresh bed linen and towels, fibre optic-based WLAN, use of the washing machine and a private underground parking space are included in the rental price. The flat is divided into a 76 square metre living area and 20 square metres of outdoor terraces
