The 39 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 children, a well-equipped kitchen (with a fridge-freezer, a 4-burner ceramic hob, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a sandwich maker, a grill plate for outdoor use, and a washing machine), 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a satellite TV.

The apartment boasts a private outdoor area consisting of a pool (open all year round), an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. The poolside area is stylishly furnished for dining and sunbathing. Moreover, there is a beautiful party tent.

The property is conveniently located within a 10-minute walking distance to the center of Nerja.
