This exclusive penthouse apartment, No. 5, measures 130 m² and is located on the top floor of the "Sand und Meer" building. It features two spacious balconies. The building also has an elevator that takes you not only to your floor but directly to your apartment. In the living room, you’ll find a cozy sofa set and a wingback chair with an ottoman. The kitchen and dining area are integrated into the living space. Both bedrooms are equipped with box-spring beds (extra-large, 2.00 x 2.20 m) and TVs, and each has its own shower room, which is accessible directly from the respective bedroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with barrier-free, walk-in showers (1 with a shower entrance width of 70 cm, 1 with a shower entrance width of 77 cm). The apartment also has a guest restroom that houses a washing machine and a dryer (coin-operated). All doors are 81.5 cm wide. There is a storage room in the apartment. The apartment is equipped with radiant floor heating, electric exterior blinds, and an awning. From the living room and one of the bedrooms, you can access the large balcony, which faces southwest and offers a partial ocean view. The small balcony facing southeast is accessible via the other bedroom.
The apartment has an intercom system.
The apartment is approved for a maximum of 4 people; no extra beds are available.
The entire apartment is accessible for people with disabilities, seniors, and those with allergies. To the left of the house is a wooden shed for storing bicycles.
During the season from May through September, guests of the apartment have access to a free beach chair on the dike.
The apartment comes with a parking space directly adjacent to the house.
All of our vacation apartments are non-smoking.
From May through September, a beach chair (No. 393) is available to you at entrance 5-6.

The Sand & Meer house is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of the spa visitor center, main beach, pedestrian zone, and medical center. The sunny balconies offer a partial view of the North Sea. Underfloor heating, Wi-Fi, storage room in the apartment, parking space right next to the building, and a bicycle storage room are also available. The elevator takes you directly to the apartment.
