About the house:
The "Vereinsallee" house offers 140 m² of living space. The first floor features an entryway, a new, modern kitchen with a small seating area, a spacious living room with a stove, a large dining area with an extendable dining table, a bathroom with a shower, and an utility room with an infrared sauna, a washer and dryer, and a sunroom with access to the patio.
The attic level features 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a TV, and two additional bedrooms, each with a double bed and a TV. The box-spring bed in one of the bedrooms has an electrically adjustable slatted frame. The hallway features a spacious built-in closet, and a Kettler cross-trainer is also available. The attic also features a small bathroom with a shower.
For the 7th and 8th guests, there is a separate one-room apartment (approx. 35 sqm) in the attic with a hallway, living/sleeping area, shower room, and balcony. The living/sleeping area has an air conditioner. Since this apartment is accessible through the same entrance as the house, it can only be booked by the tenants of the house. The daily rate for the apartment is 70.00 €. This means the house can accommodate a total of 8 people!
The house has exterior blinds (on the bedroom windows) and pleated shades on all windows.
The first floor has radiant floor heating.
A staircase leads from the attic to a loft space that can be used as a storage room.
Two parking spaces are available for you directly at the house.
A bike storage room for up to 4 bikes is available.
All of our apartments/vacation homes are non-smoking. We therefore ask smokers to use the terrace or balcony. Use of the house for parties or events is not permitted.
