This comfortable, wheelchair-accessible "Nordsee-Lounge" penthouse apartment measures 110 square meters and is located on the 4th floor of the "Strandläufer" residential complex. This modern and cozy vacation rental impresses with its high-quality furnishings and has been personally decorated by the owners. From the parking space near the entrance, you can take the elevator directly to the 4th floor of the “Strandläufer” building and to Apartment 4.4. From the apartment’s spacious hallway, you enter the first bedroom. This south-west-facing room features a high-quality box-spring double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Especially at sunrise, you’ll enjoy a unique view over the rooftops of Büsum, including the church and the entrance to Büsum Harbor. Next to the bedroom is the spacious first bathroom, featuring its own sauna and a wheelchair-accessible shower. Directly across from it is the second bedroom, featuring a 180 x 200 cm double bed and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. Next to the second bedroom is a storage room with space for suitcases or other gear. Adjacent to that is the second bathroom, which includes, among other things, a bathtub for a relaxing soak on colder days. At the end of the hallway, you’ll find the highlight of the apartment: the open-concept living room/kitchen area, complete with a spacious rooftop terrace (27 square meters) offering a fantastic view over Büsum and out toward the North Sea. The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a Bora induction cooktop. In the living room, a cozy sofa set and a comfortable recliner invite you to relax and daydream. On the large, south-facing rooftop terrace, you’ll find a traditional North German beach chair with room for two people. A balcony dining table and two sun loungers are also included. This is available to you free of charge during your stay when you rent an apartment!<br><br>The building has an elevator.
