Haus Treibholz - Holiday apartment for up to 4 people

From your private parking space, you’ll find yourself right in the entrance area of the “Haus Treibholz” apartment building. From there, an elevator will take you to the vacation apartment located on the 1st floor. Newly renovated in 2021, the apartment offers a cozy atmosphere thanks to its lovingly furnished interior.
A bright hallway welcomes you with a modern coat rack and access to all the rooms. With two bedrooms, the vacation apartment accommodates up to four people. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a high-quality double box-spring bed (160 x 200), and the other with two single box-spring beds (90 x 200 each). All beds have under-bed storage, so you can stow your suitcases for the duration of your stay. Both bedrooms feature wall-mounted flat-screen TVs for your personal viewing pleasure.
A modern bathroom features a comfortable walk-in shower and a heated towel rack. The heart of the apartment is the cozy living room with a high-quality, open kitchen. Here you’ll find a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, a filter coffee maker, and a refrigerator equipped with a freezer compartment. A beautiful dining area, a cozy sofa set, and a large flat-screen TV complete the living and kitchen area. From the living area, you can step out onto a spacious southwest-facing balcony, furnished with high-quality patio furniture. Here you can enjoy relaxing evenings with your loved ones over a glass of wine.

A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are available in the basement. The vacation rental has its own parking space next to the building.

Centrally located—easily accessible and only about 140 m from the dike—Haus Treibholz features a unified interior design concept. With its modern design and cozy charm, the house offers plenty of comfort for a wonderful and relaxing vacation. The popular Alleestraße, with its numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés, is just a few minutes’ walk away. You can also conveniently reach the completely renovated and modernized “Meerzeit Büsum” water park—a wave pool with a spa—and the “Watt ’n Hus” visitor information center in about a 3-minute walk. Several bakeries, the medical center, and the weekly market—which takes place on Tuesdays and Fridays during the season—offer a variety of amenities in the immediate vicinity.
