The apartment has two bathrooms with shower and toilet and three bedrooms with double beds. You can park your vehicle in a free parking space in the underground car park. The entire Lenzerheide-Valbella-Arosa holiday region offers an attractive family program, but also beautiful mountain scenery with 140 km of hiking trails and a 110 km long bicycle and mountain bike course.

There is a golf course within 2 km and 5 other golf courses within 45 minutes.
