Du kommer sÀllan behöver din bil efter ankomsten sÄ charmiga Hanalei byn ligger inom gÄngavstÄnd med dess utmÀrkta restauranger, livliga nattklubbar och shopping. Endast ett block och en halv bort ligger den vÀrldsberömda, halvmÄneformade Hanalei Bay, rangordnade efter National Geographic Traveler som en av de tio bÀsta strÀnderna i vÀrlden.

Hanalei kan bara nÄs över en serie pittoreska enkelriktade broar och aldrig övervÀldigad av turister. Det Àr hem för mÄnga kÀndisar och kÀnda författare och Àr kÀnd för sin fantastiska natur och frodig vÀxtlighet.

We had a great family vacation in Hanalei! Staying in Hanalei is so much better than staying in a resort. The vibe is very relaxed and laid back. This home is in the perfect location-walking distance to the beach and town. Clark was very responsive and on top of things. Mahalo and hang loose!

Convenient and lovely!

The house is a short walk to Hanalei Bay and Hanalei town. We really enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this home. The house worked well for my husband and I and our two 20-something daughters.

Perfect stay

Family of 4 with 2 adult children. Walked everywhere in Hanalei from the beach to town. House had everything we needed. Loved the view from the deck. Recommend highly!

Amazing location

This little house was perfect for our week in Hanalei. It's a short walk to the beach and to town. The house had everything you need - well-stocked kitchen, beach towels and toys (though no handle on the wagon and the umbrella was broken), comfortable beds, outside shower. Construction in the back was sporadic and didn't really affect us. Highly recommend this place!

Relaxing bungalow with all the comforts of home

This property checks all the boxes. The house is very clean and the proximity to the beach is perfect. The kitchen had every single thing you could need to cook and serve. The beds were very comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. The property manager checked in to make sure we had everything we needed upon our arrival. We will definitely be returning to this property!

Great Stay!

Great stay! House was well stocked, .5 mile walk to beach (and super close the beach entrance), we would stay here again. Travelled with my husband and 1 year old daughter. House also had a lot of baby gear!

Piece of Paradise

Perfect spot to unwind with out two kiddos (2 years and 8 months). Place needs a bunch of updates (new oven, new dishwasher, new curtains that don’t fall when you touch), espresso machine, measuring cups in kitchen, more then one key!!!). Noise from neighbors is LOUD. Like you hear them all day, when their baby wakes in the middle of the night, their dinners, everything. But outdoor shower is bliss and the beach was perfect.

Views, comfort, and walk to beach

This property is a great option for a family of four or two couples. The owner was super responsive, the house was immaculate, it's a 5 minute walk to the beach or to town, the kitchen is better stocked than ours, and the views from the lanai were a highlight of our trip. Throw in other touches like beach towels, decor, and strong ventilation that keeps the house relatively cool, and you've got a great stay. My only possible concern is how close it is to the neighbors (which seems the case for many properties). We had no issues at all, but I did wonder what would happen if our neighbors ended up being loud. I would definitely stay here again!

This place is great! Love the location. Super comfortable for us and our adult daughters. The kitchen is probably the best appointed one of any vrbo I’ve stayed in. It’s the simple things, Tupperware, olive oil, nice pots and pans that make a weeks vacation easy. Thank you! Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Amazing week in paradise

We had a wonderful week at Hale Lu Ya. It is in a great location, about 3 minutes from the beach and 10 min from town, surrounded by beautiful plants and a field behind it. The rooms are all decorated nicely and the kitchen is well equipped. We are most meals on the patio with the view of the amazing mountains behind us. Can’t wait to come back!!

Beautiful Hanalei

My wife and I have been to Hanalei Bay multiple times over the past 30 years. This was a two week trip planned for a long time. We always wanted to stay ( again) near Hanalei Bay and in a house and this place was perfect. The location is superb at the end of a cup de sac , with a breathtaking view of the mountains south of the bay. The floor is wood so it creaks a bit and reminded me of a ship sailing over the waves ! We will return again and bring friends , and get a larger house if that comes to fruition. However , my wife stated we would love to come back to this house again anytime that we can afford it !

Cutest place in Hanalei!

We have been coming to Hanalei for over 20 years and stayed in over 10 different homes in the area. This was one of the best rentals we have had. Clark was exceptional with his service, communication and attention to detail. The home was one of the cleanest we have ever been in and we especially appreciated the very clean and new kitchen. It was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and adorably decorated. This is definitely our first choice rental in Hanalei from now on!
