Accommodation description:
This fantastic apartment offers idyllic views of the mountains and the church from the front balcony. It is ideal for both a winter sports holiday and a wonderful summer holiday. There are ski boot warmers in the apartment and on the balcony you can end the day relaxing with a drink of your choice. There is parking under the carport (maximum 1 car). The ski bus stops right opposite the flat. Let the holidays begin!
The accommodation is located in the immediate vicinity of the forest, in the middle of nature and close to the winter sports paradise. The winter sports village of Mauterndorf has 50 km of blue, red and black ski slopes. Visit Mauterndorf Castle and enjoy one of the restaurants in the cosy little centre. Skiers have a wide choice of ski areas nearby, such as the Grosseck-Speiereck, the Fanningberg or the Katschberg with its large A1, one of the longest slopes in the Alps. The ski bus stops every 15 minutes and is within easy walking distance.
In summer, nature lovers get their money's worth. Mauterndorf and its surroundings are ideal for hiking and cycling. A very well maintained 18-hole golf course is only 8 km away, a special experience to tee off the ball between the mountains.
After a few minutes' walk you are in the centre of Mauterndorf, where you will find restaurants, inns and shopping centres
