It offers a heated swimming pool with a whirlpool, outdoor shower, sunbathing area and a multipurpose terrain, summer kitchen with brick barbecue, outdoor dining area with flat screen TV and fire pit, an air conditioning and internet connection in every area of the villa. Furthermore, Villa Elais disposes of a playroom, a library, a cinema room, a SPA and a gym. The sumptuous villa can accommodate up to 10 people.
The villa is completely fenced, very quiet, and very private. There is a parking lot with 4 parking spaces. The interiors of Villa are prestigious.
