Featuring free private parking, the villa is in an area where guests have privacy away from the city noise and can really enjoy their summer home!
With about 390 mÂČ, on four levels, the villa features on the ground floor a large and bright living room, comfortably furnished with a HD TV. From there, you access the dining area and kitchen with large windows overlooking the sea, and a fully equipped kitchen (a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, etc.) with a seating area and an office space.
You can go out directly onto the veranda and the terrace, to access the heated pool, overlooking the sea.
On the first floor, there are 3 bedrooms with King size beds (1,80mx2,00m). There are also two full bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer.
On the second floor, there are two en suite bedrooms with King size beds and an additional bathroom. One bedroom also has a terrace overlooking the sea. On the same floor, there can also be found a kitchen with seating area and spacious terrace.
The third floor dispose with large en suite bedroom and terrace, which has an astonishing sea view.
Each bedroom has an air-conditioning and HD TV.
Outside, youâll enjoy a beautiful private landscaped patio with numerous pine trees, grassed and wooded natural area, a beautiful 20 mÂČ pool with a stunning view, barbecue and garden furniture.
The house is equipped with WiFi access.
Parking space available â two cars can easily be parked on site.
The place is very quiet, very private and offers superb views of the sea from everywhere.
*Five bedrooms have direct sea views and one bedroom has views of the small harbor and a small part of the sea view.
