We offer you a beautiful holiday flat in a quiet neighbourhood in the Rauschwalde/Südstadt district. The holiday flats are located on the 1st floor and can be reached via a staircase. They have everything you need for a pleasant stay: free Wi-Fi, TV, kitchen, bathroom and balcony. The nearest bus stop and shopping facilities are just a 5-minute walk away. The historic old town of Görlitz with its many sights can be reached by bus in approx. 10 minutes or on foot in 30 minutes. Görlitz is a beautiful city with lots of charm and culture. Here you can enjoy the architecture, museums, theatres, restaurants and cafés. Or you can explore the attractive surroundings by bike. You are very welcome in our bright and comfortable holiday flat on the 1st floor. The flat has a bedroom, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It is approx. 55 m² in size and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. In the living room you can relax on the cosy couch and watch TV, in the kitchen you can cook delicious meals. The flat is non-smoking, but you can smoke on the terrace. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. When you arrive, you will find the beds freshly made. The price includes 1 x bed linen and towels per person.

The flat has a partially covered terrace with garden furniture. Here you can enjoy the fresh air and the beautiful view. The terrace is perfect for a delicious breakfast or a quiet evening.

We have equipped the flat with everything you need for the first day: Tea towel, washing-up liquid, dishwasher tabs, bin bags.
The beds are freshly made and there is a shower towel and a hand towel for each guest. If you need more linen, you can order it from us at any time for a fee.

Toilet paper is available on arrival, please provide your own supplies.

Our property is safe and quiet. We have reserved a free car park for your vehicle (car without trailer). Other vehicles are not permitted on the premises. All other vehicles must be parked outside the property.

? Bicycle storage A lockable garage is available for your bicycles - secure and protected from the weather. Please note: For space and safety reasons, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate e-bikes, tandems or recumbent bikes.

⚡️ Charging e-vehicles For safety reasons, the charging of electrically powered vehicles is not permitted on the premises. This also applies to models with removable batteries such as e-scooters, hoverboards or similar devices.
