This apartment is part of a 400 mÂČ property that can be rented separate or along with the 2nd apartment as a full house. This apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, an equipped kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning in the bedrooms and the dining room, NETFLIX and a dedicated workspace for home office, a fan, a washing machine, satellite TV with streaming services as well as children's books and toys. A high chair and 2 baby cots are also available. There is a shared fully-equipped kitchen at the disposal of both apartments guests.

The property is located 15 km from the most beautiful beaches of Garraf, Vilanova i la Geltru and Sitges, as well as 50 km from Barcelona with all its attractions and cultural activities.

Parties are forbidden and groups of young people are not allowed.
