The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies and a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a large pool, a garden, a children's pool, an outdoor shower and a tennis court, is also available for your use.

A private parking space is available in front of the house. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls. There are security cameras and/or audio recording devices on the premises. During the summer months, a lifeguard is present at the pool. The pool area and the tennis court can be accessed with a key card (available at the property) which needs to be shown to a security guard who will open the gate for you.
