Villa is a spectacular beachfront residence located at Ciovo, small island very close to popular and antique city of Split. Villa is brand new, built in 2010. It is elegantly furnished with a combination of modern design and antique furniture for luxury and art lovers. It is surrounded by a beautiful Mediterranean garden which provides direct beach access.
The villa is designed to follow the sunâs daily course from the sunrise to sunset. It faces the sea and during the day you can choose between spending your time in full sun or in cool shade under the palms. In the garden are a lot of Mediterranean plants such as palms, olives, citrus and a large fountain.
Pure air from the sea mixed with the scent of the olive and palm trees makes this a wonderful place to relax. That is why there is an outdoor sitting area on the covered terrace where you can enjoy yourselves doing things you like. The villa offers sea views from each room.
There are three apartments in the Villa.
Each of them is decorated in a unique way, but all of them have the same layout. There are two double bedrooms in each apartment.
There is one king size bed in one bedroom and the queen-size one in the other. All the bedrooms offer cable TV, wardrobe, sea view and air-conditioning. The master bath offers âhis and hersâ sinks and a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped and offers stainless steel appliances. There is a plasma TV in each room and a stereo set with CD and DVD player also in the living room. While in the living room, there is a feeling as you are outdoors all the time, due to big spacious balcony which provides you a beautiful and picturesque view of the Mediterranean sea and the beach.
If you wish to wake up every day with a magnificefnt view of the sea, beach and mountains then this apartment is made just for you.
Black&White apartment is located on the second floor of the Villa and because of it, it provides the most beautiful view of Mediterranean. Due to fact that artists always lived in âabove the groundâ this apartment is furnished in a very modern style while it is still bohemian.
While in the living room you feel like you are outdoors all the time, due to big spacious balcony which provides you a beautiful and spectacular view of the Mediterranean sea, the beach, the city of Split and the beautiful sky above you.
This apartment is furnished and made perfectly for individuals and modern families who enjoy their sip of wine on the terrace with a spectacular views of nature and the sea while still prefering modern and functional way of living.
