A modern, family-friendly apartment on the third floor of our apartment building awaits its guests.
The layout is exemplary, the design is skillfully planned, and everything is very close to Schillig Beach.
Two bedrooms and the spacious living area with an open kitchen warmly welcome you.

Featuring a cozy sofa nook, the living area stands out with its integrated kitchenette and spacious dining area with a table and four chairs.
With its timelessly beautiful design, the high-quality built-in kitchen offers everything you need.
Dishes, silverware, glasses, as well as pots and pans are provided.
Please note that household supplies and consumables such as dish towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tabs, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.

Each bedroom features a double bed with nightstands and a wardrobe. One bedroom is also equipped with a TV.
The furnishings are modern and high-quality.

Underfloor heating throughout the apartment ensures cozy warmth on cooler days.

On stormy and/or rainy days, the bathroom—with its own sauna and full amenities—can quickly become a wellness retreat.
A sauna, a rain shower, and a bathtub provide the comfort you need to relax. You can purchase sauna scents for your personal sauna moments at our front desk.

A spacious, furnished, covered, north-facing balcony invites you to linger.
From here, you can enjoy an unobstructed ocean view.

A free parking space is available to you during your stay.

Upon request, a travel crib for toddlers with a mattress and fitted sheet and/or a toddler high chair can be rented for a fee at our front desk (located directly on the premises).
For slightly older children, we rent out bed rail guards.

Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the first floor of Building No. 48 (behind the front desk).

For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire vacation park.
Bachelor and bachelorette parties, as well as similar celebrations, parties, or events, are not permitted in this accommodation.

The apartment is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception.
