Njut av det vackra däck med utsikt över dammet! Deck erbjuder en Weber-grill med sidovändare, bar och avföring och bekväma sittplatser för hela familjen. Underifrån kan du njuta av den skuggade uteplatsen med extra sittplatser och solstolar.

Denna fastighet erbjuder två nivåer av vardagsrum med centralvärme och luftkonditionering. Den har ett fullt spelrum med skiffer Biljardbord, Ping-Pong, en LED HD-TV, inbyggd våt bar och vacker sten spis (Gas: säsongsanvändning) (wetbar har kylskåp, kaffebryggare och microve) Dubbla skjutdörrar i glas går ut till uteplats, gård och strand. Denna nivå erbjuder tre sovrum och ett badrum. Sovrummen på denna nivå består av sovrum fyra: en dubbelsäng; Sovrum Fem: en drottning och en tvilling; Sovrum sex: två tvilling. Badrummet har stand-up dusch.

Den övre nivån erbjuder ett komplett kök, matplats, vardagsrum, tre sovrum och ett badrum. Dubbla glidande glasdörrar leder till stort däck. Detta däck är grindat vid båda ingångarna så att du har lite sinne med små barn och husdjur. Vardagsrummet har en LCD HD-TV, Bose-ljudsystem för att titta på dina favoritfilmer på HD DVD eller lyssna på din favoritmusik med blå tand. Om du vill ha havstränderna är vi tio minuter till Old Silver Beach (allmän parkering) eller Surf Beach (allmän parkering). Ta Island Queen Ferry till MARTHA'S VINEYARD (avgångar / parkering: tio minuter bort).

We came for the weekend for my Bachelorette trip and every part of this stay was outstanding! Easy setup with the clean sheets, everything was exactly as expected and we absolutely loved the kayaks and the hot tub. We already talk about coming back, would highly recommend to any large group.

This is our 2nd time staying at Julie's Falmouth house. The property is great and there is plenty of space. We loved kayaking and swimming in the pond and the location is nice and quiet with a great view. The fenced in yard makes it nice for the dogs and Falmouth has plenty of good walking trails for hikes. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit at the end of the day. The wash and fold laundry service that was provided was an extra special bonus! Thanks again for a great stay!

This property was exactly what was listed. Everything was clean and the host responded quickly to any questions. The pond was a blessing as the kids went kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. This was great when everyone had enough of beaches for the day.The fenced in yard was great for the dog.Everyone enjoyed the game room and the kids really enjoyed it.

Communication with Julie was the best I’ve ever had with any vacation host. With 4 generations and a couple pet doggies (with separation anxiety!) we all had room to enjoy our time together. We especially loved the pool table and beverage cooler downstairs. Also, the home was very clean and the location was great for access to the water for swimming, kayaking and fishing enjoyment. If you are bored here it is your own choice!

We absolute loved this house. We came for a family vacation with 11 and it fit all of our needs. The private beach on the pond was perfect for a day of fun in the water. We were lucky enough to see the resident eagle in the area. We believe we saw a juvenile eagle also. The home was beautifully decorated and had such cute touches. The host truly puts a lot of thought into their home. The host was responsive and checked in with us. I would absolutely rent here again if I make it back to the cape.

The home was exactly as listed. Cute, cozy and comfy. Our family had a nice stay. Loved the huge deck overlooking water. Time out in kayaks was fun. Kids liked the small hot tub and had a blast with cousins playing pool and ping pong, too.

The property was perfect for our extended family of 14 (8 adults, 6 teens). The lake was amazing on the super hot days to keep everyone cool and having fun. Everything we hoped to have available to us while traveling was there (plenty of towels, fans, coffee makers, icemaker, lake toys, chairs, etc.). We felt very central to everything we did on the Cape. It seemed everything was about 10 minutes away, no matter which direction we headed. We highly recommend the property for large families! So fun!

This is our second year staying as a family at Julie’s house and we can’t wait to return again! Our group included 6 adults, 3 children ages 2-8 and our dog. The property is perfect for family to have plenty of space and the best part is the pond and beach right in the backyard which we took advantage of everyday and never had to pack up the kids and all our gear to head to the beach. The house provides plenty of lounge chairs, sand toys and rafts which kept the kids occupied all week! We had lovely dinners on the back deck overlooking the water and beautiful sunrise and sunset views. The house was clean and exactly as advertised! The location is ideal as it’s a very short drive to downtown Falmouth, woods hole, mashpee commons etc. We can’t wait to return!

If you are looking for a wonderful place to stay on the Cape look no further!The wonderful property that has so much to offer a family. We had a reunion over a long weekend with 10 people from 3 to 72 and everyone had a great time. We even had a very rainy Saturday and still had so much fun with the game room area, upstairs TV/Movie space or games at the large table.The lake is beautiful and great for the kayaks. Great beaches on the ocean and cute downtown just a short drive.Very clean and Host Julie is very responsive and communicative.Highly recommend this one!

Our group of 5 had an amazing stay! Plenty of space for everyone! We loved enjoying the backyard space. Looking out at the pond was stunning. Amazing views 24/7. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed during our stay. The host made everything so simple from check in to check out and made herself available in case we had any issue but also let us enjoy our time privately with our group. Neighborhood was quiet and the few people we saw were very friendly. We would definitely recommend this property and we cannot wait to rebook for another stay in the future!

Fell in love with Jenkins Pond and Falmouth 25 years ago and have been here ever since. Originally bought this property to enjoy with my family, watching my niece and nephews grow up on the water. I have this property with vacationers on VRBO for over 20 years.
