Short visit

We came to watch a hockey tournament at Valencia Hockey Club, hired bikes and had a great time exploring the city as well. Would have appreciated some instant coffee as the machine is very complicated! The information book was excellent.

Great stay in Valencia

Great place to stay! We loved the neighborhood and how close we were to the beach. The unit was very clean and it was great to have access to a kitchen and washing machine during our stay. Accurate description on VRBO. The hosts were very accomodating!

Very nice apartment in a great location

We had planed to see Cabanyal in January. For that we booked the apartment. It is as nice as the pictures are showing, it is well equipped with everything, one nerds. We would book it again and can only recommend it .

Delightful stay

The property is in an absolutely perfect location! 5 minutes to the beach, close to all public transport lines, and grocery shopping. The place is cute and clean and practical. The hosts and property manager are easily reachable in case of questions and all are very helpful and responsive Absolutely loved our stay in Valencia!

Good position for all amenities

The property was in a good position to allow you to walk to the beach and sea front and also to catch the tram directly into Valencia city centre. The property was well decorated and very clean. Very comfortable bed. Thank you Christoph and Sahro for a very enjoyable stay.

Great apartment in a fun neighborhood

The apartment is roomy and well-equipped. We enjoyed being near the sea. We found good restaurants in the area. The steep steps were a.challenge but I managed.

Great location in El Cabanyal and near the beach.

The apartment is clean, quiet (use the shutters) and has all you need for your stay. It is near to local cafes (try Bombo for a friendly breakfast) and bars, and the beach and beach front restaurants are within a few minutes walk. A great bonus is the bus stop into the centre which is almost outside the front door. Use the EMT Valencia App to avoid waiting. Christof was a very helpful host.

Close to beach with quick tram access to city

Perfect place for 1 or 2 guests if you want to be close to the beach with a 15-20 minute tram access to the old city (tram stop is a 3 to 5 min. walk away). Kitchen is small but well equipped. Owners and their contact person are kind and quickly available (We had a hydro issue that was quikly resolved). Neighbourhood is quaint, out of the hustle and bustle of the city, with coffee shops, bars, tapas places, etc. We enjoyed our stay and would go back.

Wunderbare Wohnung in StrandnÀhe

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt genossen und kommen gerne wieder. Der Vermieter ist hilfsbereit und liebenswĂŒrdig. Er hat sogar fĂŒr den Geburtstag unserer Tochter den Kuchen besorgt und uns viele Tipps in Valencia gegeben. Das ist außergewöhnlich. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön, sauber und enthĂ€lt alles Nötige: der Kleiderschrank ist gerĂ€umig, die KĂŒche ist gut ausgestattet, so dass wir oft Dinge vom Markt gekocht haben, die Kapselmaschine fĂŒr Kaffee funktioniert prima, die Waschmaschine auch. FĂŒr unser Kind konnten wir zwischen Beistellbett und Schlafsofa wĂ€hlen, und das kleine Zimmer bietet gute Abstellmöglichkeiten oder auch -bei Bedarf- Platz zum Arbeiten. Das hier mehrfach genannte kleine Bad störte uns -auch mit Kind- nicht, weil man sich durch den kleinen zusĂ€tzlichen Raum in der Wohnung gut organisieren und dort alles abstellen konnte, was man an Kosmetik etc braucht. FĂŒr Seife, ZahnbĂŒrsten, Zahnpasta war am Waschbecken Platz. Wenn man die RolllĂ€den nachts schließt, ist es nicht laut. Am schrĂ€g gegenĂŒberliegenden Kiosk bekommt man Magnetkarten fĂŒr Bus/Metro/Straßenbahn. Supermarkt, Markthalle, Strand, Restaurants sind im fußlĂ€ufigen Umfeld von 5-8 Minuten. Unbedingt den Mercader Cabanyal als außergewöhnliches Restaurant besuchen (mit Reservierung). Die SehenswĂŒrdigkeiten sind durch die sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung gut erreichbar. Der Strand ist fußlĂ€ufig nah. Das Stadtviertel Cabanyal gefiel uns sehr gut, man ist „mittendrin“ hat aber zu den Touristen guten Abstand.

Tolle Ferienwohnung am Strand von Valencia

Wir können einen Aufenthalt in Christophs Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen. - persönliche Abholung durch Christoph vom Flughafen verlief problemlos - kleine extra Zimmer ist super, um zu zweit in der Wohnung zu arbeiten - KĂŒche war groß und super ausgestattet mit Kaffeemaschine, Toaster usw. - Bett sehr bequem - StrandhandtĂŒcher + Schirm waren sogar vorhanden, das war toll! - BĂŒgeleisen vorhanden - 5 min zu Fuß zum Strand Wenn jemand einen leichten Schlaf hat, empfehlen wir oropax. Die Fenster sind (typisch spanisch) nur wenig isoliert und die Wohnung liegt an einer befahrenen Straße. FĂŒr uns war es aber kein Problem.

Sehr schöne Wohnung und sehr freundlicher Vermieter

Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende hervorragend. Die Wohnung liegt, genau wie beschrieben, sehr nah am Strand. Viele gute Restaurants und die Markthalle sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wir haben uns FahrrĂ€der gemietet und waren so ĂŒberall sehr schnell. Die Wohnung ist perfekt und sehr geschmackvoll renoviert. Die KĂŒche ist neu und komfortabel. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass das Bad extrem klein und eng ist. Aber fĂŒr ein paar Tage war das fĂŒr uns kein Problem. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist sehr einfach und entgegenkommend. Wir wurden sogar mit FrĂŒchten und Wasser versorgt. Insgesamt hatten wir schöne Tage und einen gelungenen Aufenthalt.
