Private pool terrace with sun loungers and parasols. Swimming pool 55 sqm (5.2m x 10.6m x 1.4m. Water height 1.2m). internet access, playground, trampoline.

Surroundings: beaches, restaurants, pizzeria, billiards, shopping facilities.
No smoking in the house. Smoking on the terraces, balconies and garden terrace, gazebo possible.

Blinds and fly screens on all windows and balcony doors. The flat remains pleasantly cool even when outside temperatures exceed 30 degrees.
Sat-TV with all German TV channels.
Our holiday home has 4 cosy and comfortably furnished holiday flats. All flats have a separate entrance. Sat-TV with all German TV channels.
The whole house is equipped with underfloor heating.
