Ulivo Holiday Home with Lake View
The Ulivo holiday home is located in the small mountain village of Cremia-Colcenoin a sunny, gentle slope above San Vito on the western shore of the lake. A corner holiday home with a completely fenced garden with plenty of space. Beautiful fountain on the lake side.
On the lake side the wide balcony with dining table for 6 persons; on the garden side the large terrace with privacy plants. Rural neighbourhood with Lombardy stone and residential houses and villas with lots of nature, also for walking. Let yourself be enchanted by the Lombardy originality with a fascinating view of the lake and the surrounding mountains.
A house above is being renovated privately at irregular intervals. Noisy work may take place from time to time. The work should be completed by June 2025.
In about 5 minutes on foot you reach the lake with shallow and beautiful beaches.
Entrance to the house on the lake side with stairs to the kitchen/living room with large terrace, pergola and garden with mountain panorama.
Living area on the lake side with large furnished balcony with panoramic view. Staircase to the sleeping areas with second bathroom.
A solid holiday destination for those who like to live close to the beach and in nature. The landlord family with contact person Emilia live in the same village, are obliging and interested in the well-being of their guests.
Due to its location and quality, the holiday home is a place to feel good all year round.
For your car there is a parking place in the property; outside there are three parking places.
Total area approx. 158 mÂČ - inside approx. 134 mÂČ - outside approx. 24 mÂČ - garden approx. 350 mÂČ
The following services can be booked in addition:
- Towels 10 ⏠per person and stay
- Internet (per week) 20 âŹ
The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption only when used 1,50 ⏠per kWh
- Electricity per week 15 âŹ
- Late check-in after 8 pm/30 âŹ
- Tourist tax 1,50 ⏠per person/day from 15 years up to 10 days
A security deposit of EUR 200.00 is payable in cash on arrival, the deposit will be returned to you on departure.
