Fiori Garden Holiday Apartment with Pool
Villa Fiori is a very special holiday address in a beautiful hillside location in Colico with a wonderful panoramic view of the lake and the mountains. The spacious pool is located in the middle of the beautifully landscaped and richly planted garden. A large, furnished arcade terrace offers nice opportunities to relax and enjoy the "dolce far niente" outdoors. There is plenty of space in the garden for ball and leisure games of all kinds. The garden is completely fenced. The flat is on the ground floor on the lake side of a two-family house. The upper part of the house is occupied by the landlord couple.
In the surrounding area there are many meadows as well as other holiday homes and Lombard country houses. Garden and pool are shared.
Pool with hydromassage area. Size approx. 12 x 9 m. The pool is open from Easter to October depending on the weather.
The holiday home was redesigned in 2020 and modernised to be flooded with light. It is furnished in Lombard country house style and has parquet floors, the bathroom with large shower is tiled in light colours.
Via the flat entrance you enter the large living area on the lake side with kitchen, dining area and two couches.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms are equipped with televisions.
There is air conditioning in the bedroom and living room.
The holiday flat with many amenities and a domicile landlady whose passion for flowers is reflected in the flat and garden.
A true holiday paradise awaits you due to the large garden and the fantastic location.
There is a garage with a remote-controlled gate for your car.
The following services can be added:
- Pet 6 ⏠per night
- Baby cot 3 ⏠per night
- Baby chair 2 ⏠per night
The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax âŹ1 per person/day from 16 years of age
- Heating according to consumption, only when used âŹ10/day April to October
