The holiday home built in 2005, was renovated in 2020 and is a terraced house and furnished in a modern and functional style. The property is located in a residence, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing and garden furniture.

PoreÄ, district Kukci. The holiday home is located in a residence, on a 200 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. Access is via a path (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (usable from early May to early October, heatable, 7,5 m x 1,5 m, depth 1,5 m).
