Picture perfect

Highly recommend this cozy, well appointed, comfortable apartment with direct views of the iconic opera house in a location that couldn’t be more central. Close to everything yet quiet. Great communication with Verena throughout. We even got an early check-in for which we were very grateful.

Fabulous location

Fabulous location directly across from the Opera House and within walking distance to everything in the Inner Stradt. Comfortable apartment, clean and spacious. Host was very responsive.

This is a lovely apartment in the heart of Vienna directly across from the Opera. The host is amazingly helpful and it is a lovely space to return to after the bustle of the city.

This rental was everything we hoped it would be. Nena was accommodating and very easy to work with. The location is ideal, the building and unit have character and charm, and the rental was well stocked with most anything you need. If we return to Vienna we will try to stay here.

Property is perfect for shopping/dining. Really only one shower. This was my first property where the homeowner lived there at least intermittently when not under rental.

First visit to Vienna

We were a group of 3 friends from the U.S. who had only a few days in Vienna and were looking for comfortable housing in the Old City where we could each have a bedroom. This apartment exceeded our expectations. It is in a beautiful building on the top floor. The location couldn't have been better! Our host was extremely responsive as our flight had us arriving after check-in. I highly recommend this Vrbo to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated and spacious apartment with an amazing view from the rooftop terrace.

wonderful place in the heart of Vienna

We just stayed with Nena, and were delighted with our time there. First of all, the location is unbeatable - right across the street from Vienna Operahouse, and walking distance from all the major attractions in the center. the apartment itself is very convenient and comfortable. the terrace is great to unwind in after a day of sightseeing. Finally, Nena is a vey attentive host, trying her best to make sure that your stay is a pleasant one, offering good suggestion regarding the food as well as the local attractions. i would highly recommend the place to anyone planning to spend few days in Vienna and enjoy this magnificent city.

Perfect spot to explore Vienna!

This was our first time in Vienna. The apartment is situated in the PERFECT place to explore the city! The location is central and almost every tourist attraction is within walking distance. The rental is well appointed with everything you need for a relaxed stay and the kitchen is well stocked if you wish to have some meals at home. The veranda is a nice plus where you can enjoy the fresh air with a beautiful view overlooking the Vienna Opera. There are lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Verena was an excellent host who provided lots of information about the rental and the city. This was the cleanest VRBO that we have ever stayed in! We can’t wait to return one day!

Elegant Apartment in a Spectacular Location

If you're planning a trip to Vienna and want to be near all the major sites, you can not do better than this home. This well appointed apartment - large by European standards - is within walking distance not only of key sites, but also restaurants, shops, etc. The apartment housed four adults comfortably, and was precisely as indicated on the site. The owner, who speaks fluent English, was helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. Just be aware that communication worked best via WhatsApp texts, as that seems to be the preferred platform in Europe and messages on other platforms didn't always manage to get through. Overall, a wonderful home that we would gladly stay in again.

Perfect location and amazing rooftop

My parents, partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Nena's place. The location is hard to beat, directly across from the Opera House and steps away from public transportation (metro and tram), restaurants, shopping, and sights in Innere Stadt and the Museum Quarter. Nena was kind and communicative, greeting us at the apartment and showing us around. She was available by message throughout our stay. The apartment is perfect for four - the separate toilet and shower in addition to the full bathroom was a plus. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, the bathrooms had plenty of toiletries stocked (including high-end body wash and shampoo), the laundry was a huge plus, and the furnishings were comfortable. The apartment décor reflected personal touches - you could tell that it was someone's home, but in a good way. The rooftop is something that would be hard (if not impossible) to find elsewhere in Vienna, particularly at this price point. We enjoyed morning coffee and pastries there every day, and loved the extensive seating options (we had take-out dinner and wine one evening at the six-person table on the roof and it was lovely!). Would highly recommend this stay and Nena as a host!

Perfect location directly across from the Opera House. Walking distance to all major sites. Beautiful apt w great amenities. Nena is a wonderful and communicative host. We very much enjoyed our time!
