It is located within a quiet, private residential village, served by a supermarket, pharmacy, church, beauty centre, bar and pizzeria.You can arrive by bus from Cagliari and go to the beautiful beaches of Chia, Nora, Santa Margherita. Otherwise you can go on foot or by bike to Maddalena Spiaggia.
Strategic position for visiting southern Sardinia.
The villa is on two floors: ground floor - living area (lounge, dining room, kitchen and service bathroom.In the lounge you will find a Smart TV, books, playing cards).
The kitchen is equipped with everything, pots and pans, cutlery, tablecloths, dishes, oven, cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, mocha, pans, etc., etc.You can have lunch, dinner and breakfast in the dining room (table with 6 chairs), in the kitchen (table with 4 chairs) or in the garden (table with 10 outdoor chairs).
The sleeping area is on the first floor, and consists of: 1 large double bedroom with balcony, 1 triple bedroom (bunk bed and single bed) without balcony, and 1 single bedroom with balcony.
Outside you will find: the garden with double patio (outdoor lounge, ping pong table), laundry corner (washing machine and laundry tub, drying rack) free parking space with automatic gate, outdoor shower, barbecue and bicycles.
