Overlooking the sea, the holiday apartment Casa Verkath-Playa Burriana impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 100 m² holiday apartment consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), air conditioning, a washing machine as well as a TV. A baby cot and a high chair are also available upon request.
The property boasts a private open terrace, furnished with table and chairs as well as a barbecue. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a pool and an outdoor shower, is also available for your use. The pool opens from May until beginning of November, but upon request to the host can also open it in April.

Brilliant apartment, huge terrace with excellent BBQ.

Pros: Big floor space great for 2 young children. Terrace in the evenings for BBQ’s was awesome. Cons: Having to leave.

We all really enjoyed our stay here. Johan and Lotta were very welcoming and left us a bottle of Cav

Pros: We all really enjoyed our stay here. Johan and Lotta were very welcoming and left us a bottle of Cava upon arrival. Excellent communication throughout. We especially enjoyed the sunny afternoons on the terrace and made use of the bbq a couple of times. Would love to stay here again. Playa Burriana is only a 5 minute walk away which has plenty of bars and places to eat and in my view is the best beach in Nerja.

Pros: We had a great holiday. Your apartment was fantastic really well equipped and had everything we needed and loads of space for the six of us. also a great location. We also found Nerja a wonderful town still very Spanish and unspoilt by tourism. It was very busy be we expected this in high season. Will definitely recommend it to friends and family. We stayed in this apt 28th April - 11th May & had a great 2 weeks in Nerja which we love...Burriana

Pros: We stayed in this apt 28th April - 11th May & had a great 2 weeks in Nerja which we love...Burriana is a great area with some lovely shops, bars & restaurants...J.J's being our favorite & only about a 20min walk to the famous Balcon de Europa. This was a lovely large, clean apt with fantastic terrace & views with a great gas bbq on the terrace. It took us a while to get the TV to work (you need a degree in technology) we couldn't log onto the internet but realised Johan the owner had e-mailed us the wrong log-in details when we later found the correct ones in the apt!! We coudn't get the DVD player to work (didn't matter!) & we had a problem with a shower which was fixed by the agent in Nerja the same day we reported it...hence 3 stars for working facilities. This apt is high above Burriana Beach & there are a lot of steps to climb from the beach...also uphill to nearest large supermarket & road into town so you need to be very fit! We would recommend a car if you stay in this apt as we feel older people would struggle..we all did..5 of us over 60..we resorted to taxi's. Families with young children especially with a pushchair would struggle...teenagers would complain about the hike but if you have a car then this really is a great apt for a larger group. The pool area is small & across the road but very clean it perhaps could do with some chairs & a couple of sunbeds as their is nothing around the pool but at this time of year we did have it to ourselves. We also found going down the steps past the pool area to the road below the EASIEST way to go down to Burriana and definitely the easiest climb back up! The owner Johan was very helpful & easy to contact with any questions. We would book this apt again but with a hire car next time! Also thank you Johan for the Prosecco..it was very much appreciated.

Pros: Prima verblijf gehad in het appartement van Johan en Lotta gelegen in een rustige buurt dicht bij het Burriana strand. Ruim terrras met zonwering. Eigenaren waren erg attent en behulpzaam voor vragen en het geven van informatie tijdens het voortraject. Huis was schoon en volledig ingericht Ligging is niet echt geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn (steile wegen en veel trappen naar het strand en het centrum) of je moet dan over een auto beschikken of met een taxi gaan

Pros: Skøn beliggenhed, stor dejlig terrasse. Dejlig stor lejlighed, men brugt. Et ikke funktionerende toilet, dårligt vandtryk, ringe aircon i et af værelserne og en ikke funktionsdygtig gas grill. Hvis manglerne udbedres kan lejligheden anbefales.
