The view from the balcony of our holiday home is magnificent and fascinating: you can experience the entire expanse and beauty of Lake Maggiore! To the east you can see far beyond Ascona, to the south far into Italy and the Brissago Islands greet you at your feet.

Our small holiday home has two flats. We rent out the upper one. It is ideal for two, maximum four holiday guests.

Casa Argo is located just south of the beautiful village centre of Ronco in a quiet and well-kept area.
It is practically furnished. In the living room there is a dining table with four chairs, 2 armchairs (can also be used as single beds), a side table and cupboard as well as a TV with satellite reception.
The kitchen is well equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, coffee machine for filters and Delizio capsules, raclette grill and fondue rechaud. The washing up is done by hand.
In the bedroom there are two single beds, wall cupboard and chest of drawers.
The bathroom has two washbasins, WC and shower.
The balcony extends over the entire lake side of the house. There is an outdoor table with four chairs.
You can also use the loungers and armchairs on the private lawn.

Access is via Via Fontana Martina. You can park in a public car park above the house. From there there are 120 steps down. Therefore: do not use bulky suitcases, but rucksacks and handy carrier bags!

The public car parks in Ronco are subject to charges from Monday morning to Saturday evening. I will provide you with a map for free parking in the entire municipality.

Other living room equipment (living room1): If there are more than 2 people, the parlour also serves as a bedroom. 2 fauteuls are extendable and also serve as beds.

Other bedroom furnishings (bedroom 1): There are 2 fauteuls in the parlour, which can be pulled out to make beds.

Village description: Ronco sopra Ascona is known above all for its magnificent views over Lake Maggiore. The village centre consists of closely packed houses with narrow alleyways in between. It is of medieval origin.
