The detached holiday home built in 2022 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. 300 meters from the thermal bath Csistapuszta Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
