The holiday flat is located in a detached house built in 1998, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is popular also due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: barbecue facilities and garden furniture. Garden.

The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. The property is located in a quiet location, not far from the center of Starigrad. Access is via a mountain road (asphalted, length 250 m). Parking is available on the property.
