Casa punta Gro' is set in a green and relaxing environment, the Punta GrĂČ residence has a well-maintained private park of 50,000 square metres.
For guests only, there are two large, seasonally open (summer only) outdoor swimming pools with a whirlpool, two children's pools, sun loungers and parasols, one of which also has a bar, a tennis court, a bocce court, and a large children's playground.
Casa Punta GrĂČ is a two-room ground-floor apartment measuring 40 square metres + 15 square metres of covered terrace, equipped for outdoor dining. It consists of a living room with kitchenette, dining area with a table for 4 and a sofa bed with two single beds, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The flat has been completely renovated recently, with the installation of air conditioning for cooling and heating.All the furniture is new, the kitchen is fully equipped for all needs, it has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, flat screen TV, high speed fibre wi-fi.

Casa Punta Gro' is close to the Lake but out of the chaos, in a strategic position to access also by bus to the thermal baths of Sirmione, to visit the beautiful places of Lake Garda and the hinterland.
The fenced parking area inside the residence is well camouflaged in the greenery, is free of charge and is adjacent to Casa Punta GrĂČ.
At the entrance to the residence there are two restaurants and a minimarket. The equipped beach can be reached within a 5-minute walk.
