The holiday home built in 1999, was renovated in 2024 and is a terraced house and furnished in a functional and typical country style. The property is located on a farm, on the outskirts. Also due to the view over a panorama from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. This property is a family-friendly and romantic accomodation. Available for use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, campfire site and courtyard. Small pool to romp and play


Location
Pula, district Šikici, 30 m above sea level. The holiday home is located on a farm, on a 300 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a wall. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The landlady has a cat.

Due to the flower-filled courtyard, I only accept female dogs.

Not available for children under 3 years old as the room is not suitable for toddlers. The enclosed property also has a larger gravel parking lot and there is enough space for children to play. The yard is full of flowers and I live with a small cat in the house next door, which is why I only accept one dog - a female. The apartment is far from the main roads and is located in a quiet place surrounded by greenery. View of the yard, meadows. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 40 m). Parking (for 4 cars) is available on the property. The length of the driveway is about 40 m right at the entrance to the property, all roads are asphalted. In the smaller part, the driveway is a bit narrower.
