The “Springfloot 1” apartment (approx. 49 square meters) on the first floor of the building can accommodate up to 3 people and was recently completely renovated in the winter of 22/23. The living room is very cozy, featuring a large, comfortable couch, a flat-screen TV, a mini stereo system, and a DVD player for relaxing evenings. The dining table and chairs are perfect for shared meals or game nights. The completely renovated kitchen now features a modern ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a dishwasher, a kettle, a coffee maker, a toaster, an egg cooker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all the necessary utensils to whip up delicious meals.
The bedroom for two people is furnished with a comfortable double bed (200 x 180 cm), while the connecting room (200 x 85 cm) also offers a cozy bed for one additional person. The windows are fitted with practical pleated blinds. The shower room, which is flooded with natural light, offers plenty of storage space for your toiletries. The toilet is separate.
