Holiday Home 'Fra' with Sea View, Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

The holiday home 'Fra', with a double room with sea view, garden and parking, is located in Calasetta, on the island of Sant’Antioco. Ample free parking is available on the street, in front of the entrance gate. The property is independent and consists of a fenced and paved outdoor area, a gazebo equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, outdoor shower and beach chairs.



On the ground floor you will find the garden, the living room, the kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and washing machine, a double bedroom and a single bed suitable for a child from 0 to 14 years. Only one infant is allowed per booking. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a cot, a small room with a single bed, and a small bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet, small sink and mirror. All beds are sommier and all windows have mosquito nets. The house is close to the centre and essential services.



The 'Sotto Torre' beach is within walking distance, about 900 metres from the house, and offers shallow waters and crystal-clear sea, with a view of the island of San Pietro. The other three main beaches are Le Saline, Spiaggia Grande and Cala Lunga, all with a kiosk and services. A shuttle service to the beaches is available on request and for an extra fee.



For those who love cliffs, the island offers many coves and sheltered spots. In the area you can enjoy windsurfing, kitesurfing, trekking, scuba diving, horse riding, canoeing and sailing lessons, and fishing. Wi-Fi is not available, but mobile data reception is good. The manager will ask you to sign a private contract and pay the tourist tax upon arrival, in accordance with Italian law. Waste separation is mandatory and information is provided on site. Bed linen and towels are available on request, for an extra fee.
