Magnificent Majorcan Finca very well located, where you can enjoy with your family all the modern comforts that the house offers, without renouncing to the charm of a typical Majorcan construction. Located in a rural environment but close to the village of Santa Maria, where you will find a magnificent gastronomic offer and the most important wine cellars and vineyards of Majorca, as well as supermarkets, chemists, petrol stations and train station. The city of Palma is only 12 km away.
EXTERIOR:
The villa has spacious gardens and terraces, with romantic spaces where you can rest, read a good book or have a drink in company. You will also enjoy swimming in the magnificent swimming pool or sunbathing by it. Or if you prefer, you can sit on a bench by the lake and watch the water flowing in the small stream. By the pool the little ones will enjoy themselves in the wooden house or playing a game of basketball.
If you like cycling, the villa has a bicycle storage area. There is also a small gym located in a small house next to the main house, to keep you fit during your holidays.

Spacious living-dining room with fireplace and sitting room with comfortable sofas, as well as another area accessed by a beautiful wooden staircase, where you can relax in a rustic and very comfortable atmosphere.
The kitchen is spacious and perfectly equipped, with a typical Majorcan character and a beautiful old fireplace. Next to the living room there is a bedroom with a beautiful large double bed and a wardrobe. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom with shower and bathtub. Crossing the hallway we come to another double bedroom, with two single beds, wardrobe and air conditioning. Next to the bedroom there is a work area for guests who need to work during their stay. We continue to a leisure room equipped with a fireplace, large sofas and a large format television. Next to this room there is another complete bathroom, equipped with a modern shower.
The magnificent covered barbecue is one of the attractions of this villa: fully equipped for the best barbecues you can imagine, it has an indoor area for the winter and an outdoor area for the summer.

The upper floor is occupied by an imposing bedroom with a large double bed, a full en-suite bathroom and living room.
