The rooms are located in the main house and the annexe. The living areas in the villa are spread over several floors and are divided as follows:Ground floor:On the ground floor of the house there is a large living room with a wood-burning stove which is open to the dining room with kitchen. From the kitchen you go directly to the garden with a great barbecue, where you can relax in the evening.1st floor:On the 1st floor of the house you have three bedrooms (all equipped with double beds, wardrobe & satellite TV) as well as three bathrooms.Basement:In the basement of the house you have a traditionally designed tavern with seating, large fireplace and hi-fi system at your disposal. There are two kitchens (one in the villa, one in the flat). Washing machine and dishwasher are available in the villa.Outbuilding / ApartmentThe flat in the outbuilding consists of a bedroom, living/dining area with kitchen and a bathroom. Outside, the flat also has its own terrace.Facilities:Each bedroom in the villa, as well as the bedroom in the annexe, is equipped with satellite TV.
