Ideally located a short distance from Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa, Ca'n Juanito is a small two-bedroom villa ideal for small families or couples.
We enter the house directly and we find a small living room and kitchenette, the kitchen is equipped with a gas stove and electric oven, it also has a microwave, electric coffee maker, fridge / freezer and other utensils necessary for this type of tourist housing . From the living room an arch leads to the bedroom area, one double with access to the outside and the other with two single beds, both bedrooms share a bathroom with shower.
The living room has direct access to a covered terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, which offers views of the gardens and the pool area, thus being an ideal place to sit and enjoy the tranquility of this area.
The house has air conditioning in the bedrooms and all the typical comforts in this type of tourist accommodation, being a very popular and much-loved villa. It also has free Internet connection via Wi-Fi and a Smart TV.
The private pool is located on the side of the house and is surrounded by a terrace, ideal for families with children, a barbecue area completes the exterior of the house. THE TOURIST TAX IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE RESERVATION.
