The town with large shopping centres, restaurants, bars and food markets is only 1.5 km away.
The old town of Labin can be reached in just 10 minutes by car and the beautiful beaches of Rabac can be reached in less than 15 minutes by car.
Situated outside the town, the magnificent House Mia is a rental property for up to 6 people.
With a large 24m2 swimming pool and fantastic outdoor balconies.
House Mia is a timeless holiday home that was successfully renovated in 2011.
It is the perfect holiday for individualists seeking the comfort of absolute privacy.
House Mia has 3 tastefully furnished bedrooms with 2 modern bathrooms.
The living area is comfortably furnished with a stunning wooden floor.
The living room leads into the kitchen area with a large dining table and modern appliances giving you the freedom to cook.
It's good to know that one en-suite room has a separate entrance, so if there are 2 families or couples, it's very easy to determine the sleeping arrangements.
The swimming pool, which we have already mentioned, is on the left as you enter the property.
You have all the privacy you need because the entire property has a thick hedge.
The terrace is made of beautiful stone and you have sun loungers at your disposal. This is a perfect place to enjoy the sun during the day or refreshing cocktails at night.
The outdoor area is simply designed with a stone floor and a green lawn. The high and well-kept hedges provide plenty of privacy while enjoying the warm summer nights by the pool. The outdoor area is equipped with a barbecue, as well as a dining table and bench seat
