The 2 ½ room ( 60m²) flat is located on the 4th floor (attic) of an apartment building. Lift from the underground car park to the 3rd floor available. The cosy flat consists of a spacious living-dining room with fully equipped, open kitchen. Dining table with corner bench, comfortable sofa. Internet / WLAN as well as TV can be used free of charge. It has a bedroom with a double bed. In addition, the sofa in the living room can be used for two people (bed function). The bathroom has a bathtub, showering is only possible in sitting position. An underground parking space (number 17) belongs to the flat. A shared ski and bicycle room and laundry room in the basement are available. The flat is located in Champfer in a quiet area. The bus stop is about 200 m away. From here you can reach St. Moritz as well as all important skiing and hiking areas. Hiking and biking trails in summer, as well as cross-country skiing trails in winter start at the front door, the well-known kite and surf area (Silvaplana Lake) is about 3 km away. The nearest grocery shop is less than 200 m away. A farm shop with home-made products is about 500 m away. There are several excellent restaurants in Champfer.

Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.  


In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths. Visitors who prefer to have everything in view, meanwhile, will delight in the breathtaking vistas on the panorama hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.  


Families can bask in the Engadin sun during a ride in a horse-drawn carriage into the Val Roseg or Val Fex, or race down the mountainside into the valley on the winding, 4.2km (2.6 mile) long toboggan run on Muottas Muragl.
