86 square meters on the ground floor with balkony. Located next to the forest. Magnificent view over a idyllic valley.

Only 20 km to LEGOLAND Germany.
Ideal for sports and active vacationers. Bathing lakes, water skiing and wakeboarding facilities and outdoor swimming pool less than 10 km away.
Starting point to the AllgÀu Alps, to the Swabian Alb and to Augsburg, Ulm or Munich and Stuttgart.
Also suitable for longer stays.
The whole house with two apartments, has its own entrance and is inhabited exclusively by guests.
If desired, barbecue in the garden.
Toys for indoor and outdoor available. Loan of bicycles possible. Parking in the carport.
