The location of the Villa is perfect in that it offers its guests privacy. Furthermore, the closest pebbly beach is just 500 meters away. The location offers its guests an escape from the bustle of everyday life, yet it is close to all the attractions Novalja offers.
This elegant Villa is a perfect blend of modernity with just a touch of rustic elements to make you feel at home. The villa consists of two floors. The ground floorâs concept is a sunlit open space with a fully equipped kitchen, suited for all your needs, a dining area, which can comfortably accommodate the guests, and a cozy living room overlooking the pool area. Looking past the living room, you will see a beautiful heated pool (29m2) surrounded by lounge chairs, where you can enjoy the lazy afternoons with your family and friends. There is also an outdoor area and BBQ facilities where you can enjoy freshly prepared meals. On the first floor you will find three bedrooms, one equipped with a double bed and two equipped with two single beds. The bedrooms are very spacious and bright, each equipped with a television. There are also three bathrooms, equipped with showers.
