Completely renovated house (since end of July 2020) on the edge of the Landes forest in Biscarrosse-Plage, located in a quiet, peaceful area at the end of a cul-de-sac. Close to the ocean, this beautiful house with its enclosed garden, covered terrace with barbecue and uninterrupted view of the forest welcomes you for your holidays. The beach and town centre are 3 minutes away by car, or around 15 minutes' walk. Access to the cycle path is a 5-minute cycle ride away.
The 110m2 single-storey house has 3 bedrooms, 2 with 160cm beds and 1 with 4 90cm beds (2 bunk beds), a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen opening onto the living room (fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.). The entrance to the house is via the living room, which comprises a sitting area with 55' flat-screen TV and a dining area. There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is en suite to 1 bedroom, and 2 separate toilets. All rooms have reversible air conditioning (hot and cold), except the bathrooms, which have electric heating and towel rails.
The house has a 25m2 covered terrace with dining table, armchairs and coffee table, gas barbecue, sun loungers, deckchairs and hammocks.
The house is set in a peaceful location on the edge of the forest.
The beach and town centre are 3 minutes away by car, or around 15 minutes by foot. Access to the cycle path is a 5-minute cycle ride away.
